Koggbron Fastigheter AB is a Swedish public company focusing on properties that offer high returns and production potential. The property portfolio comprises of both residential and commercial real estate. The goal is to expand – partly through organic growth and partly through acquisition.
Koggbron’s business concept is based on acquiring, managing and refinancing real estate in Swedish locations, which offer favorable growth opportunities as well as a steady rental market.
Koggbron’s ambition is to provide its financiers and shareholders with an attractive, continuing return and appreciation above average for Swedish real estate companies. This is possible due to a long experience in managing real estate, as well as capital market adjusted financing. An appropriate loan-to-value ratio is a key subject for the company. The strategy for creating an attractive share is to maintain a lower loan-to-value ratio compared to other real estate companies.
Koggbron currently owns properties in Helsingborg, Höganäs, Båstad ,Sollefteå, Ragunda, Borlänge, Arboga, Hedermora, Finspång, Malmö, Kristinehamn and Karlholms beach outside Uppsala.
The intention for the future is to gradually supplement further acquisitions.
In total, there are about 40 properties with approximately 1,200 rental apartments, as well as commercial premises. The annual rental income reaches approx. 140 million Swedish crowns, with an average annual return of 4.43%.
